  1. Blazers: the chest and waist numbers are the blazer measured all the way around. Measure a blazer you own that fits well the same way, and compare.
  2. Everything else is measured laid flat. Lay a favorite top that fits you well on a table, measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit, and compare.
