We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Moving Forward Designs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple, stress-free return or exchange process.

Return Window

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Free of makeup, deodorant marks, or perfume

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

We carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these standards before issuing a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at info@movingforwarddesigns.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

If you’re requesting an exchange, please include the size or item you’d like in its place — we’ll confirm availability before processing.

Shipping Costs

All return and exchange shipping is free — no hidden fees or deductions.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to help. Simply note which item or size you’d like when initiating your return, and we’ll ship your replacement as soon as your original item is received and approved.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to check sizing and details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right right away with a replacement or full refund.
